Join me in a 21 day wellness challenge!

 

What is the challenge?

This is aimed to help clear your heart and mind so you can be focused on actions to meet your goals in life. If you don’t know your goals, that is fine. Portions of the challenge help you to think about what goals you may want to have. Each week of the 21-day challenge will have a focus areas.

Week 1: Organizing your Mind
  • Goal: to realize the role fear plays in your life and finding the real you.
Week 2: Getting in touch with your Heart
  • Goal: to find what you want and say what you mean
Week 3: Listening to your Gut
  • Goal: listening to what your body is telling you

What do I need to do?

This challenge is pretty open so that you can customize it your way. I will send out posts to engage your thinking around the focus areas for the week . I encourage you to create a daily journal.  For those who want more things to do, I urge meditation, walking, praying, music, or any activity to help clear your mind.  I hope at the end of the cleanse you feel emotionally lighter, mentally lifted, and have direction for your future.
