While working extra hours to make a deadline is fine, the extensive hours should not be the norm. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>I am a very career oriented person; however I realize I haven\u2019t been working on the right things. It is not about the hours that you put in. It is about being effective and working with others to get more done. At the end of the day, companies want people that have a good work life balance and can still get things done.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>So where do I spend my time now: With family, friends, and other personal interests.
