\"ChangeAhead\"<\/a>People often use the term survival of the fittest.  I always went by that term. Focused on being the best , mentally and physically. I must note, that I was never the best. As a matter of fact I didn’t train like I was trying to be that either. However, that was my goal until I read a quote by Charles Darwin which states:<\/p>\n

It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Life is all about change. We have to be flexible to move and bend with it. if we are too rigid, we can break. When change comes, we have to see it as change and make associated adjustments in life. Change doesn’t have to be drastic. We can change a little each day to be more flexible in life.
