Think about the way you feel or how your body feels.

Some say things happen for no clear reason, but sometimes there is a reason. You have to get real with yourself to find the reason. I am not talking about external forces, but rather internal. To go deeper. I want you to look at two distinct things:
- What does the object really represent to you?
- Have you given adequate voice to your situation?
Many times we look at objects and what they mean. But other meanings may not be at the forefront of our minds, but it still affects us. For instance, your home may represent a sense of accomplishment. But it also can represent a list of never-ending chores and tasks, a sense of being incomplete.
Once you understand how you feel, it is imperative not to suppress the feeling. You have to be able to acknowledge it in some way. It can be as straightforward as having a conversation with someone. Or it can be as simple as writing it down on paper.
What is the reason you do or think about the things you do?
