Do you Need a Change?
Sometimes we are in a situation where we need an adjustment. However, we don’t recognize our current state. Here are some signs that you may need a change.

Energy
Your energy can be a sign of needed change. In this sense, we are not discussing if you are physically tired but whether you are emotionally.
It is important to find things that excite you. Things that give you a sense of positive anticipation. If most of the things you do in life are dreadful, you may need a change.
Harmony
Living in harmony is about knowing what your values are – then living in accordance to them. When your values and actions don’t align there is internal tension.
State of Being
What is your state of being? A negative state is not desirable. if you are not in a desirable state of being, start looking for things that will give you joy and peace.
Dismissal
Do you dismiss feelings of uneasiness, anger, or wanting to achieve? Many times feeling clue you into what you should be paying attention to. Acknowledge your feelings and investigate them. Your feelings can help you with the change you need.
Your True Self
Who you are is something to be proud of. When we put on masks, we start living the lies we tell ourselves. If you are under a mask, be true to yourself. Consider if a change is needed.
