This is such a hard subject – I am enough. It’s so hard for me to say it – I am enough.

Life says that I always need more, I need to strive for more, that I need to obtain more. So how then…can I be enough? If you look at why society tells you because you’re not enough it’s because they want you to think that you need more. But do You really want? Do you need more?

The reality is I have everything I need inside of me. I have to will, I have the power, I have the strength, and I have the mental capacity for me to be me and to thrive. It is when you say that you’re enough; believe that you’re enough; and act on it -that things will come to you. You have to live as though you know you are enough. I have to admit saying that I am enough will be a journey for me, but I know deep down God has given me everything that I need -And I am enough.
