Sometimes we gravitate towards the sun. It is big, bright, warm, and close. It gives us what we need. However because it is so close, it may be the only thing we see. If we were able to look around the sun we would see darkness.

The key is that you have to travel into the darkness and away from the sun. Travel away from the comfort that you have. When you do, eventually you will see that there is a bigger, brighter star. Better than you could have imagined.

If you have a sun in your life that is blocking a bigger star, you need to let it go. The sun should only point you to the bigger star.  Let you know what is out there and help you see the real glory. If needed, go into the darkness and travel alone so you can see what you are meant to see.
